CHANGEOVER:
Flexible to suit your flight times. Changeover times are generally 10am and 4pm to allow for cleaning, but we like to provide a flexible but smooth dove-tailing of both out-going and incoming clients to suite flight times.

DEPOSITS:
A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure. If your booking is less than 8 weeks before departure then please send the total rental fee at the time of booking. A £100 refundable security deposit against key return / breakage is also required with the final payment, this will be returned in full upon inspection of the apartment, 14 days after departure.

CLEANING:
There is a €38 euro charge to be paid locally for end of let cleaning and laundry. Additional maid service is available on request.

AVAILABILITY:
Bookings for short breaks - weekends or midweek - are accepted. Prices are calculated pro-rata with reference to the weekly tariff. Discounts are available for longer term bookings.

GENERAL:
Bed Linen and Towels are provided. Smoking and lit candles are welcomed on the terrace or sunroof, but please, not inside the apartment. A comprehensive welcome pack in the apartment provides general and detailed information about sport and social facilities, the attractions of the area, + instructions for the appliances

SPECIAL SERVICES:
Just ask and we'll endeavour to oblige.

PAYMENT:
We ask payments to be in £ sterling. Cheques are payable to 'Ken Turner' (sorry we do not have credit card facilities).
